This is my last picture with my first car. We sold it to Davis' parents for their mission in Hawaii. I had this car for 12 years! Great car!




















Alexa turned 5 this month! We had 2 families over and Grandparents to help her celebrate her special day. She has been playing soccer this month and has moved up in her Gymnastics to be in the 5 year old class. She is now learning all sorts of new techniques. She told me the other day, "Mom I have 3 talents. 1. I can pour water (from the big water pitcher) 2. riding my bike, 3. Gymnastics.






















Alexa with her Grandparents. She received such a fun pillow and skirt for her birthday. They just left on their second mission for our church. They'll be serving in Hawaii for 18 months.

Alexa started Preschool this month at our High School. Her famous line is, "My dream has come true!" Starting school was her dream. This was her first day of school













Our Church Trunk or Treat












We celebrated Halloween on the 30th and one our fun activities was going to the Car show to see Grandpa and his car and to trick or treat there. Kasidee had a great time passing out the candy to the kids and Alexa enjoyed sitting in Grandpa's car and playing with his Halloween decorations!

September

Davis has done a wonderful job in the last 2 years making the backyard a fun place for the kids to play. His most recent project was building a garden. His passion is making things grow. On a given weekend you can find him at Home Depot or Heiden Feed Store.

Alexa still takes naps! She just can't make it until bedtime without one. She now has found a new place to sleep, our bed! (I sneak in a nap with her sometimes too! )

Alexa found her money she lost over the summer diving for quarters at the swimming pool. She went and bought her first toy with her own money, a polly pocket.

Alexa started cooking for her animals. She loves getting water from her sink and making soup.

Alexa started soccer this month! She loves it and does a great job chasing the other kids kicking the ball. She was so proud at her first game that she touched the ball 3 times! We have the best time watching her.

Kasidee is now in 8th grade. She just started debate team and enjoying it. She is also in Choir and looking forward to her first concerts in October.

We had a fun night having a picnic in our bedroom!

Our 3 Week Summer Vacation!

The Girls and I went on a one week Vacation to Silverthorne, CO with my family and then one week on our own to Beautiful Estes Park, CO (Rocky Mountain National Forest), Martin's Cove, and SLC. Davis met up with us and then we spent one week at Aspen Grove with the Rumsey side of our family.

Alexa loved her trip to the Firestation this month! We learned a lot about fire safety and what to do in case of a fire.













Our blueberry picking trip! It was a big success, 45 pounds in 2 hours. We felt so blessed.








Lots of Swimming this summer! It has been a lot of fun watching Alexa improve in her swimming and be able to go across the pool by herself and swim in the deep end with us.































Dad was a super timer this season!





























Family Came often to cheer the girls on! It was fun having them so close by.

































Our Squash actually grew! We've had about 12 squash so far from our plant! Yeah

Kasidee had a wonderful time helping at "Twilight Camp." A Girl Scout Camp for Brownies. She played Glenda the Good Witch.
